TGS Sports Warranty

Our Limited Product Warranty:

We warrant to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, that your delivered products should be free from material and workmanship defects for up to ten (10) years from the date of shipment.

We will repair or, at our option, replace it with an equivalent of the defective product during the standard warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to our instructions.

This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation or use, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. Purchaser must notify us in writing within 60 days of noticing the defect. TGS Sports LED products should be installed by an electrician licensed in your state.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IS OUR SOLE WARRANTY OBLIGATION AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES END TEN (10) YEARS AFTER PURCHASE. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. We reserve the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring an obligation and expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
